<p>Das <b>Heideholz</b> ist ein Naturschutzgebiet in <a href="Vlotho" title="Vlotho">Vlotho</a>-<a href="Exter_(Vlotho)" title="Exter (Vlotho)">Exter</a> mit einer Größe von rund 4 ha.

</p><p>Das unter der Nummer HF-033 geführte Gebiet schützt insbesondere eine ehemalige <a href="Tonstich" title="Tonstich">Tongrube</a>, eine Senke mit <a href="Feuchtwiese" title="Feuchtwiese">Nasswiesen</a> und -weiden sowie die dortigen Lebensgemeinschaften.
